Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice dated March 8, 2024 (the “Appointment Order“), Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager of all the assets, undertakings and properties of 1000108549 Ontario Inc. (the "Company"). The Company owns and operates an ESSO gas station, located at 219 Rorke Ave., Haileybury, ON, which includes a Subway sandwich restaurant, Country Style coffee shop and convenience/general store.
