Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as Receiver of  10603503 Canada Inc., 11393251 Canada Inc. and 11393235 Canada Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors) on November 20, 2024. The Debtors are the owners of three real properties located in Owen Sound, Ontario with the municipal addresses: 942 – 944 Second Avenue East, 948 Second Avenue East and 950 – 956 Second Avenue East.
