Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on August 22, 2025, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver“), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of 14713737 Canada Inc. (the “Company“). The Company owns real property in Milton, Ontario which has several residential and commercial tenants. One tenant farms the land for soy-bean, corn, and strawberries.
