1526400 Ontario Inc. and 2240439 Ontario Inc.

On December 14, 2022, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed by Court Order dated December 1, 2022 (the “Appointment Order”) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) as Receiver (“Receiver”), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of 2244039 Ontario Inc. (“224Co.”) and 1526400 Ontario Inc. (“152Co.”). This case webpage is being maintained in accordance with paragraph 25 of the Appointment Order.

224Co. owns the real property located at 35 Cherrycrest Drive, Brampton, Ontario on which it operates a gas bar, convenience store and car wash.  The real property also contains a one-story building which it leases to a tenant who operates a KFC and Taco Bell franchise.

152Co. owns the real property located at 12016 Airport Rd., Caledon, Ontario which it leases to Shell Canada Products Ltd., who operate a gas bar, and to Tim Horton’s.
