1827403 Ontario Inc., 1853997 Ontario Inc., 1885926 Ontario Inc., 1950940 Ontario Inc., 1950941 Ontario Inc. and 1950979 Ontario Inc. (“Companies”) are  provincially (Ontario) incorporated corporations engaged in the business of real estate development and leasing. The principal asset of Companies is the real property municipally known as 888 Whitefield Dr., Peterborough, Ontario and 144 Brock St., Peterborough, Ontario which it manages.

Upon the application of Paul Joseph Dietrich, Albert Gelman Inc. (the “Liquidator”) was appointed on April 4, 2022 pursuant to sections 207, 209 and 210 of the Business Corporations Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. B-16, as amended, as liquidator, without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property owned by Companies.
