Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on May 21, 2026, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (in such capacity, the “Receiver”) of the properties municipally known as 950 Dupont Street, Toronto, Ontario and 1020 Dupont Street, Toronto, Ontario (the “Dupont Properties”). The Dupont Properties are owned by 1896841 Ontario Limited and 1338940 Ontario Limited.
