Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed on July 3, 2018 by the Court as receiver (the “Receiver”), without security, of all the assets, undertakings and properties (the “Property”) of 2380630 Ontario Inc. (“OpCo”) and 2386174 Ontario Incorporated (“PropertyCo” and together with OpCo, the “Companies”) pursuant to an Order (the “Appointment Order”) of the Honourable Justice McEwen of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice [Commercial List].

Opco carried on business as an Esso gar bar from its leased premises located at 2093 Buckhorn Road, Selwyn, Ontario (the “Buckhorn Property”). PropertyCo is the owner of the Buckhorn Property.
