2688182 Alberta Inc.

On September 15, 2025, 2688182 Alberta Inc. (the “Company”) made an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as trustee to administer the Company’s bankrupt estate (in such capacity, the “Trustee”). The Company’s bankruptcy is the result of a Court-approved transaction (the “Transaction”) completed in the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act proceedings of several related entities, including Comarck Holdings Inc., Bootlegger Clothing Inc., cleo fashions Inc. and Ricki’s Fashions Inc. In connection therewith, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) issued an order dated March 21, 2025, inter alia, approving the Transaction and granting a reverse vesting order (the “RVO”). The Company was created in connection with the RVO to accept the transfer and vesting of any excluded assets and excluded liabilities in the Transaction.
