Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice made on July 24, 2026, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as Receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver”), without security, over all of the assets, undertakings and properties of 2694272 Ontario Ltd. (the “Company”), including the real property municipally known as 45025 Talbot Line, St. Thomas, Ontario.
