Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on November 28, 2025, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver“), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of 2743175 Ontario Inc.. (the “Company“). The Company owns real property in West Perth, Ontario which has a residential building and a hobby farm including several cows.
