Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on July 9, 2026, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as Receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver“) without security of all the assets, undertakings, and properties of 3Sinternational Inc. and YYZ Lighting Inc. (the “Companies“).
