Acora Acoustics Corporation

On August 6, 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made an order, inter alia, appointing Albert Gelman Inc. as receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver”), without security, of all the assets undertakings and properties of Acora Acoustics Corporation (the “Company”) pursuant to sections 207 and 248 of the Ontario Business Corporations Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act.
