Arehada Mining Limited

Arehada Mining Limited (the “Company”) is a provincially (Ontario) incorporated company which previously operated as a development-stage enterprise engaged in the exploration, development, extraction and refining of base metals, primarily lead, zinc and silver in Inner Mongolia, China.

Upon the application of the Company, Albert Gelman Inc. (the “Liquidator”) was appointed on February 10, 2023 pursuant to sections 207, 209 and 210 of the Business Corporations Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. B-16, as amended, as liquidator, without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property of the Company.
