Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on June 29, 2026, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as Receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver”), without security of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Baiocchi Ventures Inc. (the “Company“) including the real properties municipally known as 15 Curity Ave, Toronto, Ontario and 8138 Maynrd Road, Clarington, Ontario.
