Albert Gelman Inc. became the Court appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) over the assets, properties and undertakings (the “Property”) of Beaverton Lumber Inc. (the “Debtor”) on June 17, 2015 pursuant to an Order (the “Appointment  Order”) of the Honourable Justice McEwan of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List).
