Pursuant to an order of the Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on February 13, 2026, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as Receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver”), without security of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Choice Wholesale Meats Ltd. (the “Company“).
