On May 25, 2026, Cytophage Technologies Inc. (“CytophageOPCO“) and Cytophage Technologies Ltd. (“CytophagePARENT“, and collectively with CytophageOPCO, the “Companies“), each filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee“) to administer each of the Companies’ estates, subject to affirmation by the Companies’ creditors at their respective first meeting of creditors.
