On May 23, 2025, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed by Order (the “Appointment Order”) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) as Receiver and Trustee in Bankruptcy of Estate (“Trustee”), of Daymak Inc.

Daymak Inc. operated as a manufacturer of e-bikes, e-scooters, childrens toys and similar products from its premises located at 15 Curity Ave, Toronto, Ontario.
