On June 2, 2025, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed by Order (the “Appointment Order”) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as Receiver (“Receiver”), of Dosanjh Care Inc.

Dosanjh Care Inc. formerly operated as a shelter for the homeless, mentally ill, and others. It owns a real property located at 532 Main Street Powassan, Ontario.
