On May 13, 2026 (the “NOI Filing Date“), Endo Networks Inc. (“Endo” or the “Company“) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“NOI“) under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, RSC 1985, C.B-3 (the “NOI Proceedings“). Albert Gelman Inc. (“AGI“) consented and was appointed to act as trustee under the NOI (in such capacity, the “Trustee“). Endo is a customer acquisition and marketing services company that helps organizations grow their customer base through integrated sales, outreach, and engagement strategies across in-person, digital, and contact center channels. Endo serves a range of industries including retail, financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, hospitality, technology, and nonprofit sectors.
