Albert Gelman Inc. became the Court appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) over the assets, properties and undertakings (the “Property”) of Everbest Produce Corp. and 1736798 Ontario Inc. (the “Debtor”) pursuant to an Order (the “Appointment  Order”) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List). Everbest Produce Corp. operated as a wholesaler and distributor of grocery products. 1736798 Ontario Inc. operating as ACC Trading operated as a importer and wholesaler of frozen seafood and produce.
