Hill Incorporated

On November 24, 2025, Hill Incorporated (“Hill“) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”) to administer Hill’s bankrupt estate, subject to affirmation by Hill’s creditors at the first meeting of creditors.  Hill, formerly known as Hill Street Beverage Company Inc., operated in the cannabis and alcohol-free wine industries.
