On April 7, 2026, ICwhatUC Incorporated (the “Company”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”) to administer the Company’s bankrupt estate, subject to affirmation by the creditors at the first meeting of creditors.
