On July 18, 2023, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as Receiver (“Receiver”),  pursuant to the section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Images Life Media Inc. and 2531509 Ontario Inc. (“Debtors”), including the real property located at 113-115 Walnut Avenue, Toronto, Ontario (“Property”).
