Kuk- Ill John Kim and Myoung-Ja Mary Kim (the “Debtors”) each filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“NOI”) on April 18, 2022, pursuant to Section 50.4 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”) and Albert Gelman Inc. (the “Proposal Trustee”) was appointed as Trustee in the proposal proceedings.

Please be further advised that the Debtors are not bankrupt, but has availed themselves of a procedure whereby an insolvent person restructures its financial affairs with creditor and Court approval.  The NOI provides an automatic stay of proceedings providing the Debtor’s with an opportunity to restructure their affairs and formulate a proposal to creditors.
