On July 16, 2025, 1000760489 Ontario Inc. o/a Maracle Press (“Maracle Press” or the “Company”) filed an assignment into bankruptcy and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy of Estate (“Trustee”), of Maracle Press.

On August 12, 2025, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed by Order (the “Appointment Order”) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as Receiver (“Receiver”), of the Company.

Maracle Press. operated as a commercial printing press business in Oshawa, Ontario.
