Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated August 6, 2026 Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as interim receiver and manager (the “Receiver“) of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Muskoka Recovery Inc. and 2855531 Ontario Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors”), including, without limitation.
