On March 25, 2022, Nanoquan Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy naming Albert Gelman Inc. as Trustee (the “Trustee”).  Nanoquan Inc. operated in Material Science Research Industry from its registered premises located at 933 Erinbrook Court, Kitchener, Ontario.
