On July 23, 2026, Nexus Renewables Inc. (the “Company“) filed an assignment in bankruptcy naming Albert Gelman Inc. as Trustee (the “Trustee”) to administer the Company’s bankrupt estate, subject to affirmation by the Company’s creditors at the first meeting of creditors.
