Omega Laboratories Inc. (Canada)

On March 26, 2026, Omega Laboratories Inc. (“Omega Canada“) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”) to administer Omega Canada’s bankrupt estate, subject to affirmation by Omega Canada’s creditors at the first meeting of creditors. Omega Canada provided drug and alcohol testing solutions using urine and oral fluids samples in Canada. Omega Laboratories, Inc. (“Omega USA“) is a separate entity which conducts similar operations in the United States of America. Omega USA is not subject to Omega Canada’s bankruptcy proceedings.
