Precision Nutrition Inc.

On December 31,2025, PN Holdco Inc. (“PN Holdco“) and 1985548 Ontario Inc. (fka Precision Nutrition Inc.) (“Precision“) (known together as the “Companies“) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”) to administer the Companies’ bankrupt estate, subject to affirmation by the Companies’ creditors at the first meeting of creditors. Precision provided health and wellness coaching and certification, and PN Holdco was the holding company.
