Qvella Corporation

On August 13, 2024, Qvella Corporation (“Qvella“) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”) to administer Qvella’s bankrupt estate, subject to affirmation by Qvella’s creditors at the first meeting of creditors.  Qvella was a clinical diagnostics company with the goal to provide microbiology results in minutes using its proprietary systems/technologies.
