On September 8,, 2025, Racer Machinery International Inc. (“Racer” or the “Company“) filed an assignment into bankruptcy and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy of Estate (“Trustee”), of Racer.

Racer operated as a machine manufacturing business in Cambridge, Ontario.
