RJ Burlington Inc.

On September 3, 2020 RJ Burlington Inc. (“RJ”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as the estate Trustee (the “Trustee”).  RJ operated as an indoor trampoline park and was a franchisee of Rockin’ Jump International LLC, a US company based out of Pleasanton, California. RJ operated from its leased premises located at 5070 Benson Drive, Burlington, Ontario.

Please note that the first meeting of creditors is taking place on September 21, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. (Toronto time). Due to health safety concerns relating to the COVID-19 pandemic and associated State of Emergency issued by the Government of Ontario and City of Toronto, the meeting will be held via video conference.  The video conference details are as follows:
