On April 20, 2020, RPM Construction Management Inc.(“RPM“) filed an assignment in bankruptcy naming Albert Gelman Inc. as Trustee (the “Trustee”).  RPM operated as a construction management from its leased premises located at 300-1100 Burloak Drive, Burlington, Ontario.
