Stay Fresh Footwear Inc.

On December 9, 2025, Stay Fresh Footwear Inc. (“Stay Fresh“) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”) to administer Stay Fresh’s bankrupt estate, subject to affirmation by the creditors at the first meeting of creditors. Stay Fresh operated as a marketplace boutique that specialized in offering premium and collector footwear in Richmond, British Columbia.
