Stevens Omni Inc. and Soflex Logistics Inc., in Receivership

On December 6, 2024, on Application by The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed by Order (the “Appointment Order“) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as Receiver (“Receiver“) without security of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Stevens Omni Inc. and Soflex Logistics Inc.  (collectively the “Debtors“). This case webpage is posted in accordance with the Appointment Order.
