On August 6, 2025, Superior Paint & Autobody Corp. (the “Company“) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“NOI“) under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, RSC 1985, C.B-3. Albert Gelman Inc. consented and was appointed to act as trustee under the NOI (the “Trustee“). The Company operates from leased premises in Calgary, Alberta, as an auto body repair shop.
