On May 7, 2026, The Graff Company, ULC (“Graff Company“) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”) to administer Graff Company’s bankrupt estate, subject to affirmation by the Company’s creditors at the first meeting of creditors.
