On April 13, 2021, Ward-Beck Systems Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy naming Albert Gelman Inc. as Trustee (the “Trustee”).  Ward-Beck Systems Inc. was the tenant for the premises located at 945 Middlefield Road Unit 9, Toronto, Ontario.
