On June 23, 2023 Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed by Court Order (the “Appointment Order”) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as Receiver (“Receiver”), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Roy Wonnacott (the “Debtor”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor which includes only the real property municipally known as 15309  Nine Mile Road, RR #3, Ilderton, Ontario (PIN: 08148-0003 (LT)).  This case webpage is posted in accordance with the Appointment Order.
