Adam Zeldin

Adam Zeldin, Managing Director of Ontario for Albert Gelman Inc., brings over two decades of experience, including more than a decade in insolvency and restructuring. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT), and Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP), he leads both formal and informal restructuring mandates, including complex, high-profile, and cross-border cases.

He acts as Trustee in Bankruptcy, Receiver, Proposal Trustee, and CCAA Monitor, advising owners, management, boards, financial institutions, lenders, regulators, and other stakeholders on restructuring, modelling, and scenario planning. Adam supports both creditor- and debtor-driven mandates, helping stakeholders evaluate options from operational restructuring to sales, recapitalization, and insolvency proceedings.
