Ianina Raguimov

Ianina Raguimov (pronounced Yana) is the Director of Albert Gelman Inc.’s Consumer and Small Business Group. A Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) and Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP), she brings more than fifteen years of experience assisting individuals and small business owners through both business and personal insolvency matters. Ianina is known for quickly assessing financial, business, and personal circumstances and developing practical plans that help clients move forward with clarity and control.

Ianina supports incorporated and unincorporated businesses, as well as individuals, across a range of mandates, including debt restructurings, consumer and commercial proposals, bankruptcies, and receivership engagements. She helps clients evaluate options such as repayment plans, operational restructuring, and formal proceedings, and provides guidance on creditor negotiations, asset sales and realization, and related stakeholder communications. Where government debt is a factor, Ianina also assists clients in navigating CRA obligations, including complex issues such as payroll source deductions.
