2433552 Ontario Inc. carrying on business as GreenTerra Homes (“GreenTerra” or the “Company”) is a provincially (Ontario) incorporated corporation which was previously engaged in the business of manufacturing custom steel frame modular homes, metal buildings, sheds and related prefab kits.

GreenTerra filed an assignment in bankruptcy on January 11, 2019 and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as Trustee.

Meeting of Creditors:  Please note that due to security concerns of an unspecified nature, the meeting of creditors scheduled for January 30, 2019 has been postponed.  The meeting has been reschedule for February 11, 2019 at 10:30am at the National Yacht Club located at 1 Stadium Road, Toronto, Ontario.   The club is located east of Ontario Place, at the end of Stadium Road (one block west of Bathurst Street) Parking is available on the club’s premises. The location can also be accessed by public transit from union station on the 509 Streetcar (exit at Bathurst and Queens Quay), as well as other Bathurst Streetcar routes. The Streetcar exit is the same as for travel to Billy Bishop airport.
