Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice dated October 10, 2024 (the “Appointment Order“), Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver of all the assets, properties and undertakings of Creative Homescapes Inc., 1974592 Ontario Inc. and 1646395 Ontario Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors”). The Debtors are in the business of residential and commercial landscaping, hardscaping and ancillary services.
