Diamond Luxury Developments Corp. and Diamond International Realty Inc.

Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice made on July 24, 2026, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (in such capacity, the “Receiver”) of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Diamond Luxury Developments Corp. (the “Luxury“) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by Luxury, including all proceeds thereof.

Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice made on August 7, 2026, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (in such capacity, the “Receiver”) in respect of all of the property, assets and undertakings of Diamond International Realty Inc. (the “Realty“) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by Realty, including the real property municipally known as 316 William Street, London, Ontario (PIN: 08312-0025).
