Gilmour Real Estate Corporation

On September 8, 2026, Albert Gelman Inc. (“AGI”) became the receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver”), without security of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Gilmour Real Estate Corporation ("Gilmour REC"), Gilmour's On 38 Inc. ("Gilmour 38"), Gilmour's By The Bay Inc. ("Gilmour BTB"), 1203113 Ontario Inc. ("120 Ontario"), Gilmour Holding Corporation ("GHC"), and J. Gilmour Holdings Inc. (“JGH” and, together with Gilmour REC, Gilmour 38, Gilmour BTB, 120 Ontario and GHC, the “Companies”). AGI became the Receiver by virtue of being appointed by order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List – Eastern Region) dated August 20, 2026 (the “Appointment Order”), with the Receiver’s authorities and powers being effective on September 8, 2026.

Please note that the Receiver only took possession of the Property of Gilmour REC. The Receiver did not take possession of the Property of Gilmour 38, Gilmour BTB, 120 Ontario, GHC or JHC. The Receiver shall update this case website if and when circumstances change.
