Igloo Industries Group Ltd.

On February 21, 2024, Igloo Industries Group Ltd. (the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“NOI”) pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada). Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as Proposal Trustee in the Company’s NOI proceedings.

The Company is not bankrupt but has availed itself of a procedure whereby an insolvent company restructures its financial affairs under the supervision of the Court. During this time, the Company will remain in control of its assets and business operations.
