Noreast Foods Ltd. and Aerdon Continental Corp.

On July 26, 2019, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed by Order dated July 26, 2019 (the “Appointment Order”) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) as Receiver (“Receiver”), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Noreast Foods Ltd. (“Noreast”) and Aerdon Continental Corp. (“Aerdon”).  This case webpage is posted in accordance with the Appointment Order.

Noreast operated as a manufacturer of tofu and bean products from its premises located at 1170 Birchmound Road, Unit 2, Scarborough, Ontario.
