On July 24, 2026, Whalepower Corporation (the “Company”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy, and Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as Trustee (the “Trustee”) to administer the Company’s bankrupt estate, subject to affirmation by the Company’s creditors at the first meeting of creditors.
